BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Non-attendance at an appointment means the time cannot be allocated to another client. Please contact us for cancellations and reschedules.

A booking deposit of $50 is required for all treatments, excluding consultations.

For cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hours notice, we have the right to charge you a cancellation fee and/or lose your $50 deposit.

We understand that emergencies, illness and work difficulties happen but we please ask our clients to inform us if this is the case and to cancel an appointment at the earliest possible time. These conditions are at the discretion of management and exemptions may apply.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR TREATMENT

Please take note of the following conditions and precautions before booking a treatment. Please reach out if you are unsure about any of the following.

1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding - we can not treat you.

2. Recent COVID-19 infection - A minimum waiting period of 4 weeks is required after testing negative for volume enhancing (wrinkle reduction is okay).

3. Presence of an active infection at the intended treatment site, including pimples.

4. Unstable or a flare of an autoimmune or auto-inflammatory disease (Contact us).

5. Recent vaccinations - A 2-week period is necessary both before and after volumisation treatments.

6. General unwellness or ongoing antibiotic use for an active infection.

7. Upcoming international travel within the next two weeks.

8. History of anaphylactic allergies - ensure you inform us.
